Can we leave our car with you whilst we're away with the camper?

We do not have facilities for storing your car however, there is car park space on the road. 

Can you meet me at the train station?

We can meet you at the local train stations or  at our local airport. (Bournemouth Hurn Airport)

Are there age limits to hire a South Coast Campers campervan?

The age limit is 23-70

How do I make a booking?

Contact us by phone or e-mail in order to check availability. A booking form will then be sent to you.

How much is the booking deposit?

£150.00 payable by cheque      

I have points on my driving license, how will this effect my hire?

You may be subjected to a charge, please contact us with your particular details.

Are personal belongings covered by the insurance?

Personal belongings are not covered, please see our terms and conditions. 

Are dogs allowed in the campers?

At the moments pets are not allowed during the hire.

What do we need to bring with us for the hire?

The campers are equipped with crockery, cutlery,  and cooking utensils. You will need to bring your sleeping bags or you can hire duvets and pillows from ourselves. see tariff

You will need to bring a valid driving license(both parts). Current passport and a recent utility bill addressed to the main named driver. Copies of which will be taken. If you do not have all 3 of these requirements we will be unable to supply you with the camper. (There will be No refund for  any balance paid)

Do we need to book a campsite in advance? 

During peak season it is advisable to book, especially during the school holidays. see camping ideas.

What type of fuel does the camper take?

The Campers run on Unleaded petrol 

Can we take our bikes with us?

Yes  we can supply a bike rack for two bikes. see tariff.

What happens if the vehicle should break down?

You will have full road side assistance, we will  provide you with phone numbers and contact details.
